Children's Portable Parachute Cloth Hanging Swing Chair
I recently tested the Children’s Portable Parachute Cloth Hanging Swing Chair to see if it could actually stand up to daily use in a busy household. This hammock-style seat is designed to provide a calming, enclosed space for kids to read or relax while adding a playful element to their environment.
Performance & Build Quality
The choice of parachute cloth is a smart move, as it feels both breathable and strong enough to withstand the rough-and-tumble nature of childhood. The included stainless steel hardware and expansion screws provide a secure mounting point, ensuring the setup remains stable when properly attached to a ceiling joist.
Day-to-Day Experience
Setting up the swing is straightforward, though you will need a drill to secure the stainless steel disc into a solid beam. Once installed, the inflatable cushion makes it much more comfortable for long sessions, and the compact design means it doesn't take up an overwhelming amount of floor space when not in use.
This is an excellent choice for parents looking to create a sensory-friendly reading nook or a fun, space-saving indoor retreat for their children.
Final Thoughts
Overall, I found this product to be a solid addition to any playroom or garden space, earning it a respectable 4.2 out of 5 rating. Given the current $59.00 price point, it offers a great balance of comfort, durability, and ease of assembly for active kids.
